The Pampered Pup Contest Rules

  Official Contest Rules


The Grand Prize and monthly contests are open to all The Pampered Pup visitors 18 years of age or older except promotional partners and employees and immediate families of The Pampered Pup, affiliates or subsidiaries and employees of our partners.

The Pampered Pup website visitors (residing in North America) who submit their dogs image and a cleverly written bio describing why their dog should be Americas Most Pampered Pup become eligible to win America's Most Pampered Pup contests no more than once every three hundred sixty five (365) days.

One winner per household per contest per three hundred sixty five (365) days. The Pampered Pup website visitors are eligible to win the Pet of the month one (1) time over the course of the year. This also makes the pet of the month winner one of the twelve finalists competing for the grand prize - America's Most Pampered Pup !

Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or refundable.
The Pampered Pup reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value should a prize or any portion thereof become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of The Pampered Pup.

The prize of the month will be mailed to the winners each month.

Winners forfeit prizes not claimed within 30 days of winning.

Payment of any and all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are required to sign a waiver acknowledging acceptance of any prize valued at $600 or more.

Winners will receive an IRS 1099 form for prizes valued at $600 or more. The value of the prize will be stated on the waiver and on any and all corresponding tax forms. A winner has the right to forfeit the prize, but another will not be awarded in its place.

For prizes valued at $600 or more and/or the Grand Prize trip, winners and participants must sign a liability waiver prior to receipt of the prize.

Pursuant to the liability waiver, winners and participants agree to hold The Pampered Pup, prize sponsors and officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize and/or contest.  Any and all technical failures compromising the results of contest ratings are not the responsibility of The Pampered Pup.  Further more, The Pampered Pup cannot be held responsible for contest rating manipulation.

By participating in contests, winners and participants agree to have their name, voice and/or likeness used in any broadcasting or advertising material relating to the Americas Most Pampered Pup contests and must sign a waiver stating so prior to receipt of the prize.

There is no purchase necessary to participate in
America's Most Pampered Pup contests.

The Pampered Pup reserves the right to amend contest rules anytime. Any changes to rules are available in writing and effective upon announcement. The decision of The Pampered Pup management with regard to America's Most Pampered Pup contests is final. By participating in contests, entrants, winners and guests agree to be bound by contest rules. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in disqualification.

If it is determined that any contestant is attempting to manipulate the ratings, that contestant is subject to contest removal without notice.
